Who comes up with these holidays?!
If you're gonna go, go big.
Like my sweet husband says, "if you're gonna go, go big." So I did.
I have had every test imaginable and the results are always negative, securely anchoring my diagnosis within the bounds of idiopathic.
And not only am I idiopathic, my RLS symptoms are not confined to my legs. (Go big or go home.)
I can, and often do, have RLS symptoms as far up as my diaphragm and collar bones. (I'd rather go home.)
Play the hand you're dealt.
Celebrate RLS Awareness Day, Come On! (Sing it, like Kool & the Gang would.)
Celebrate today with me by taking a momement to sit.
Sit in a comfortable place. A place where you sit often.
And think about all the things you do in your life that involve sitting.
Be thankful that you can sit comfortably and do those things.
