And Then There's the People
They get less wordy descriptions of their unique juxtaposition in my little world.

Dad taught me lots of stuff about power tools, but most importantly he taught me problem solving skills.
I solve problems on graph paper like an engineer would, but as my Uncle Butch would say, "you'll have 'at".
(Dad also taught me how not to cut off my fingers & such. Maybe that's the most important lesson. Hmmm.)
Anyway, it's a good saying.
"You'll have 'at."
I don't exactly know what it means, but it's all purpose kinda like "dude."
My sweet husband is an alpha predator.
He tactically engages challenges.
He MacGuyver's solutions.
When circumstances are grim, he is at his strongest.
And he has supported me with my health problems and with my wood turning business well beyond my wildest dreams.
He is a rock.
But the girl has more texture to her personality than anyone I've ever met.
She is overflowing with an uncommon perspective on life.
She unleashes her perspective on knowledge and experience in a way that astounds me.
I can only explain it as texture.
